For years, I did everything right—lifting, competing in CrossFit, coaching athletes, eating whole foods, detoxing our home, supporting my hormones, and showing up for my health with everything I had… yet after medical menopause, multiple surgeries, and a long battle with severe endometriosis, my body stopped responding. The weight, inflammation, brain fog, and exhaustion wouldn’t budge, no matter how hard I tried. As a mom of four and an Integrative Health Practitioner who’s spent a decade healing gut issues, balancing hormones, navigating MTHFR, and constantly trying to recover from both intense training and the trauma of repeated surgeries, I refused to settle for feeling “off” in my own body. That’s what led me to discover micro-dosed peptides—specifically GLP-1/GIP—paired with the foundational habits I already lived. It was the missing link that finally helped my body respond again.
