Restore + Radiate

My skin, hair + recovery journey. Midlife has changed the way I care for my body. Here’s a closer look at GHK-Cu, BPC157/TB500, and KLOW, and the research behind the conversations around skin, hair, and recovery.

My copper pep story

“I started this for my skin, and my hair had other plans.”

After my hysterectomy at 43 and going through menopause early, skin and hair became part of my midlife wellness conversation. I decided to try the copper pep because I was interested in the research around collagen, elastin, and skin quality.

Now my hairdresser keeps commenting on how thick my hair is. That has been a fun part of my experience, especially when I originally started with my skin in mind.

This is my personal experience. I can’t attribute changes to one product alone, and individual results vary.

GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu is the copper peptide I started exploring with my skin in mind. Here are a few of the areas being studied:

  • Skin vitality: May support collagen and elastin pathways involved in skin firmness, elasticity, and overall skin quality.
  • Hair + follicles: Studied for its role in hair follicle biology and healthier-looking hair over time.
  • Cellular renewal: Studied in connection with repair-related signaling, the response to oxidative stress, and natural tissue renewal.

These are areas of research, rather than established outcomes from injectable GHK-Cu. Human safety data for injectable use are limited.

Recovery + the GLOW stack

BPC157/TB500

BPC157/TB500 is a peptide pairing that comes up often in conversations about tissue recovery and gut support.

Pair it with GHK-Cu and you have the GLOW stack, a popular combination in the peptide community that brings recovery and skin-focused peptides together.

  • Tissue recovery: BPC157 and TB500 are being studied for pathways involved in tissue repair.
  • Gut support: BPC157 is being explored for its role in gut-lining health.
  • The GLOW pairing: Adding GHK-Cu brings the copper peptide studied in connection with skin, hair, and tissue renewal.

These are areas of research. Much of the evidence is preclinical, and results in people are not established.

Four peptides · One poke

KLOW

KLOW brings all four peptides together in one formulation: BPC157 + TB500 + GHK-Cu + KPV.

Think of it as the GLOW trio with KPV added to the party. KPV is being studied for its role in inflammatory signaling and may support gut integrity.

The convenience is a big part of the appeal: all four peptides in one blend, with one poke instead of multiple separate injections, when prescribed that way by your provider.

  • Recovery-focused peptides: BPC157 and TB500.
  • Skin + hair conversations: GHK-Cu, the copper peptide.
  • Gut integrity + inflammatory signaling: The added KPV component.
  • A simpler routine: Four peptides together in one formulation.

Research is still developing. Studies of the individual ingredients do not establish the benefits or safety of the combined blend. Your licensed provider determines the formulation and dosing.
